San Juan One is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) property managed by Mutual Housing. 


The waitlist is now open!  We will continue to contact the remaining applicants on the Lottery Waitlist.  Once all Lotery Waitlist applicants have been contacted, applicants from the waitlist will be contacted in the order their online application was received.
